Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) provides income support of ₹6,000 per year to all landholding farmer families across India. The amount is paid in three equal instalments of ₹2,000 directly into the farmer's bank account via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). Launched in February 2019, it covers over 11 crore farmers.

Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) provides financial support to farmers suffering crop loss due to natural calamities, pests, and diseases. Farmers pay very low premiums (2% for Kharif, 1.5% for Rabi, 5% for horticulture) while the rest is borne by the government.

Kisan Credit Card (KCC) provides farmers with affordable and timely credit for their agricultural needs. With interest subvention, the effective interest rate is just 4% per annum for loans up to ₹3 lakh when repaid on time. The card works like a revolving credit facility.

PM Krishi Sinchai Yojana (PMKSY) aims to ensure water to every farm field and improve water use efficiency. Under 'Per Drop More Crop', it provides 55% subsidy (45% for large farmers) on micro-irrigation systems like drip and sprinkler irrigation.

National Agriculture Market (e-NAM) is an online trading platform for agricultural commodities. It connects APMC mandis across India, enabling farmers to get the best price through transparent online bidding without having to physically visit distant markets.

The Soil Health Card Scheme provides every farmer a Soil Health Card every two years with information on their soil's nutrient status and recommendations on appropriate fertilizer dosages to improve soil health and crop productivity.

Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana (PKVY) promotes organic farming in India through financial support to farmer groups. Farmers get ₹50,000 per hectare over 3 years for cluster-based organic farming, certification, and market linkages.

Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana – RAFTAAR supports agriculture and allied sectors through infrastructure investment, value chain development, and agri-startup funding. It provides grants for cold storage, processing units, and agri-tech entrepreneurs.
